Ready to Enroll? First Step is Making a MyClubHub Account
Step 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
New Club Member
- Create an account:
Our registration system is called MyClubHub. In order to register, you have to make an account via their parent portal. This account is for the parent/guardian of the new club member, also known as the “Primary Household Member.” - Verify your email address:
Once created, you will have to verify this information. The verification email will come from “MyClubHub,” NOT The Boys & Girls Club of Garfield. - Add your child to your household:
Then, you will have to add the child you are looking to register.
Returning Club Member
- Log In:
Parents/Guardians, log in to the portal. If you do not know your password, send us an email to info@bgcgarfield.org to reset your password, and avoid creating a duplicate account. - Verify your household:
Make sure your child is listed as a contact on your household account.
Once your account is ready, you're almost there! Here's what to do next:
Step 2: PURCHASE THE MEMBERSHIP
A membership is required to access aftercare services. Head to the Memberships page in the Parent Portal to select and purchase the correct membership for your child.
Step 3: REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS
An active membership alone is not enough—your child must also be enrolled in specific programs. Visit the Programs page in the Parent Portal to complete registration.
Enrollment Requirements
All enrollment must be completed through the MyClubHub Parent Portal, with documentation uploaded at registration:
- Previous year’s report card
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Income status documentation (e.g., Lunch Status Form, Benefit Verification Letter)
- IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
For youth with a school IEP or 504 learning plan or receiving mental or behavioral health services, we encourage parents to upload documentation and grant communication consent via the portal. This helps us support your child’s development effectively. For questions, contact Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator, Jose Arenazas at jarenazas@bgcgarfield.org.
Office for Children & 4C’S Subsidy Programs
Office for Children (OFC) guidelines have been altered based on family size and income. Each case will be assessed individually.
- If your contract is not in the portal at the time of registration you may either pay out-of-pocket or wait for contract to be in the OFC portal. If your contract backtracks to start date the payment cannot be utilized towards co-payments, full days or membership renewal. Those payments would be non-refundable.
- No post-dated checks, secondary checks or phone payments will be accepted. Returned checks are subject to $35 returned check fee and future payments must be cash or money order.
Please note: An active OFC Agreement must be submitted to the Boys & Girls Club of Garfield via the Parent Portal before a child can begin the program. There are no current exceptions to this policy.
